Refund/Cancellation Process

How to Cancel:

  2. Navigate to My Account, Billing, Manage subscription
  3. Select "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm cancellation

How to Request a Refund:

  2. Include account email and optionally reason for refund request
  3. Clearly state refund request is within 60-day window
  4. Support team will process within 2 business days

Refund Timeline
